      <title>Slow data speed</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am getting very slow data speeds.&amp;nbsp; fast.com shows ~1Mbps, and speedtest.net slightly below that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know that "3G speeds" should be 10 times faster.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With the *censored* Rogers outage, I was planning to use tethering for work, but it is impossible with these speeds!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What gives?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Seems like other carriers may be overloaded due to how many people are doing the same as you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
