International minutes add on

I have got add on of 300 international minutes. I also showed on my account. Whenever I try to use them it say no available minutes

The add-on offers a limited list of countries. It is not world-wide everywhere. What country are you trying to call? Are you adding 011 or + and the country code? If there is a leading zero in a country code or area code then drop it.
