Your Public Mobile service only works while in Canada or USA, with a USA add on.

Sorry you can't call Canada from UK because there are no Telus cell towers in the UK. You can call UK from Canada on Telus cell tower.

You need to buy a local SIM in the UK to have cell service.

If you have wi-fi access where you are, you can install an app like TextNow or Fongo Mobile which will give you a separate Canadian number with ability to make free calls over VoIP to Canada.
