      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, all the sudden I realize that I don't have access to data anymore. There is a exclaimation mark beside 4G symbol. I tried to check my data usage on PM website in my account, and there is no table that indicates the usage. Please help. Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You've probably used up your data. &amp;nbsp;Because PM is prepaid and there are no overage charges, your data would simply stop working. &amp;nbsp;When you use up all your data allotment, the data counter disappears entirely from your account under Data &amp;amp; Add-on Usage. &amp;nbsp;If you have not exhausted your data it should look like this:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="PMDataAddOnUsageIndicator.jpg" style="width: 944px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/6145i5F34F5D7EF44FD82/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="PMDataAddOnUsageIndicator.jpg" alt="PMDataAddOnUsageIndicator.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I use MyDataManager, which is customizable to PM's 30 or 90-day plans. I'd advise getting an app like that to track where all your data is being consumed. It could be rogue apps or maybe software updates running in the background. If your phone has wifi-assist (iPhone), it could be using up data while you think you are just using wifi.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

My account shows I have 1GB add-on already (probably from my last US roaming) and I am still out of data. Ever since I bought that US roaming once, there has always been problem here and there. What's going on? I need someone from PM to reset my add-on and clean up this mess.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It's impossible to use up all the data. My husband streams music all the time and 4G is enough for him.       <description>Just to add up some apps consume a lot of data while in the background like updates and some stuff so check your apps for background usage .</description>
