@Alexgilbert1 Hi if you can’t remember your pin for your phone you can contact customer service here For other PUK code you must contact previous provider for unlock code

It sounds like your phone is locked by another carrier.

Did you just purchase the phone privately?

What is the make and model of your phone so we can help you find out who is the carrier that locked your phone.
