Sorry, PM does not work in Europe. PM only works in Canada and US with Roaming ad-ons.

Better for you to purchase a local SIM there.

There is no roaming service for PM in Europe

You might want Local Data prepaid sim and VoIP app to send and receive text on a new number given by the VoIP app. TextNow is a good one to use
