      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/242179"&gt;@Vipyul&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; can you provide us more information&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You get a new sim card to replace an old one?&amp;nbsp; If so, did you login to My Account and request Change SIM card and you entered the security code?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you did all that , what is the error message on the phone?&amp;nbsp; "No SIM"?&amp;nbsp; "SIM not provisioned"?&amp;nbsp; or "No Network"?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
