      <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased the US data add on using the two step process like I read online. When I got into the states, it didn't work. I managed to find wifi and read some troubleshooting options (restart phone, remove and readd SIM, etc.), but nothing worked. I was only in the states for four days and never had the add-on (which was a pain, because I needed it). How do I go about getting a refund or having my account credited for the service I wasn't able to use?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
