2$ auto pay rewards not applied

I have the 25$ plan. set up auto pay. I receive a text each month saying there were 2$ rewards applied because of auto pay. but it was never applied and I continue getting charged 25.99$ per month.

Log into your account and check your transaction history. You should see the $2 Auto pay reward. And $23 automatic top up payment. The $23 is charged to your credit card + taxes. $23×13%=$2.99 tax $23+$2.99=$25.99

Your plan is $25. 25-2=23; 23+tax = 25.99
