Hi!

I am currently using

3GB at 3G Speed
Unlimited Canada-wide Talk
Unlimited International Text

with Promotion 2GB bonus for 12 months

I used all 2GB of data from my promotion bonus.

but somehow after that, I can't use the rest of the 3GB of data.

Are you showing the 3gb data counter line on your overview page? Your plan data should be used first then your 2gb of bonus recurring plan data. Can you show us a screenshot without any personal info showing? Maybe just crop the top half of your overview page off...?

@jindo1574 Usually PM will start using from the 3GB regular bonus first, once used up, it will then dip into your monthly 2GB.

Check My Account , Overview Page and My Data & Add-ons section, do you still see lines about the 3GB data? if not, then your 3GB already used up

Also a reminder, PM cycle is running on 30 days cycle, so cycle start date will move after a 31 days month. Check when is your next cycle start day, maybe new cycle will com up soon with the data you want 🙂

This is how it should look when the plan data is used but the bonus recurring data is still available for use.

it looks like I already used all 3GB of data from the plan...
