      <description>&lt;P&gt;My plan is expired because I forgot to update with my current visa card, It was suppose to renew today.(july 4th 2022)&amp;nbsp; I went into my account and replaced with new visa . My current plan is $50&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;which was suppose to renew today,&amp;nbsp; but it's still saying my plan is expired.&amp;nbsp; My daughters and husbands accounts have the same issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You now need to make a manual payment. Use the other amount option, not amount due.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
