Given there durability if you choose one that only has 2G and 3G you are eliminating the lifespan of the phone to 3 years as the 3G network is scheduled to be decommissioned in Canada by the end of 2025 and there are already issues creeping up with voice calls in certain areas because pm currently uses 3G for voice.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The world, she is a changing. If you're considering buying a new phone...why not plan for future ? Sounds like 3g is going to be retired eventually, so get something that will be compatible with 4 or 5. Maybe even get something that will have WIFI calling compliant.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
