Only if the sim card does not arrive within 3 weeks which is quite common around here. Additionally it never hurts to have an extra sim card lying around for situations such as the one you find yourself in currently. Or you can use it to refer a friend.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wait out the 3 weeks and if it doesn't arrive contact customer support to apply a credit to your account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
