Probably best to get a local sim and cheap plan whilst there. PM has made no announcement about adding Bahama's to roaming.

PM is the 3rd tier cousin of Telus. We get barebones service here, as you know.

If you have a good wifi signal there, just get a free voip app like TextNow. Gives you a free Cdn number, you can send/recieve free calls and texts.

@Rosguru don't just hope, open a ticket with them and let then know the demand is there One single ticket will not change things overnight, but enough ticket will eventually

I concur with this, don't ever seeing them going beyond the US for roaming and in fact if they don't upgrade there may be no more US option either. A local prepaid sim or VoIP app would be more reliable and cost effective
