Why did my $10 plan disappeared. Its now $15. Please advice.

@Dkai001 the $10 has not been offered for quite some time, maybe 2 years or more. The cheapest available plan is nor $15

Or if you have been a $10 plan subscriber, the plan is now $13

$10 Plan is grandfathered plan. The only change is it cost now $13 for those who were on $10 Plan.

Current plans start from $15.

Unless you opted for the $15 plan....you do still have the old $10 plan. The cost has risen to $13..plus tax.

edit'd to do some math...

$13 + 12% = $14.56.

@Dkai001 we all thouht it would stay 10 but I guess they needed more money so they unfairly raised it to 13 but don't give up just yet , they have to explain themselves to the CCTS

@Dkai001 You are grandfathered for the $10 plan and will still have it as long as you don't change it, unfortunately, there's no grandfathering for the price and PM has opted to hike the price by 30%.

not sure if CCTS will step in. Mobile Carriers do have right to increase price. It's not a Price for Life model here

Hi @Dkai001 Why are you looking at the $15 plan? If you joined $10 plan before, you still have it for $13. If that plan is enough for your need, you can stay with it, with the $3 increase

@Dkai001 PM has sent email and/or text to it's $10 plan subscribers earlier, back in late Feb. or March. Check the spam folder in your mailbox as well

If you recieved no notice or even if you did recieve notice but didn't notice it you have some recourse through the C C T S. If you are in it for the long haul you can get satisfaction. At the very least the 30% price hike is not effective until July 7th despite the price increase being implemented on April 28th. Check your private message box for a message shortly....
