Check your self-serve account.&amp;nbsp; Is your account status active?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. If your A72 data was working with your PM SIM card before, test your A72 phone with your friend or family member working SIM card to determine whether the issue is due to hardware or not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/241662"&gt;@Jaxhuego&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First check:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Mobile data is enabled.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;You have data remaining your account.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Your data limiter settings.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try these troubleshooting steps and test after each step....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Reboot phone.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Toggle airplane mode on/off.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Remove sim card. Reseat sim card after 10 minutes and/or test in another phone if possible.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Reset your network settings.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you send and recieve MMS?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
