Do not expect bot to that for you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/241636"&gt;@fortis&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to your private message box the envelope icon next to your avatar at the top right corner of your screen.&amp;nbsp; In your private messages click the arrow thingy at the top left for your sent/outbox. Check for your submitted ticket there. If you see it then you can keep an eye on your private message box for a little number to pop up indicating a reply from a CSA. Responding promptly will speed up waiting time but expect a reply within the hour.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have nothing in your sent/outbox you need to submit a ticket via SIMon or send a private message.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
