      <title>Poor Signal in Ottawa</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since the wind storm a month ago, our household and neighbours on Public have had next to no signal in certain Ottawa neighborhoods. All incoming calls go straight to voicemail, and outgoing texts/calls mostly fail. PM signal bar sits a 1 or 'no signal'. Anybody else experiencing this??&lt;/P&gt;</description>
