Load Fund,&amp;nbsp; 2. GO BACK and buy&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many people just loaded the fund but unaware the need to go back and buy.&amp;nbsp; Did you completed both steps?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What roaming addon did you buy?&amp;nbsp; If you got data, you should see it in My Account's Overview page, My data &amp;amp; Add-on box.&amp;nbsp; If just voice and data, you should see it in Plan details page&amp;nbsp; (&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/plan-and-Add-ons/ChangePlanLandingPage/" target="_blank"&gt;https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/plan-and-Add-ons/ChangePlanLandingPage/&lt;/A&gt; )&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once you confirmed it shows up on your My Account, reboot your phone once.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Then make sure Roaming Mobile Data is enabled (assuming you got Data Roaming).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, make sure you manually select T-Mobile or AT&amp;amp;T from the network selection&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Manually select At&amp;amp;t or T-Mobile. You should then be connected.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
