      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I added the $20 US roaming and data bundle and it has not worked. I posted extensively to the forum looking for help but nothing worked (see exchange in forum).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In addition to what I posted I upgraded to android 11 and reset the phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My phone will not connect to a cell tower. I do not have data and can not call or text unless I do so through Wifi.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(Most recently I removed the sim to stop the constant notifications and serious battery drain as it attempts to connect and notifies me it hasn't evey 1.5 seconds or so. I found that without the sim I can not even use the phone to call or text using wifi.)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How would I request a refund for a purchase that does not work?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm hopeful that without the US data and roaming add on I can put the sim bank in and use wifi calling again without the constant notifications and battery drain.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kris&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/105688"&gt;@khv&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Contact customer support and explain the issue and ask for a credit to your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you reach out to the teracube community? I think joining their community is a "must do" a little like here....as they are the experts on your phone. I'm a big fan but the camera is a deal breaker for me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
