      <description>&lt;P&gt;I needed to suspend my account, upon reactivating, the auto pay reward and one another disappeared. Do I lose them?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/241589"&gt;@1981rz&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;did you suspend via Lost/Stolen?&amp;nbsp; If that is the case, then YES , they might "disappear" but PM Support can help to restore them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if you suspended&amp;nbsp; via non-payment, then they should be still there.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Either way, you can open ticket with PM Support to have it sorted out:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1.
