    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/222601"&gt;@Sarahwalsh&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;did you click payment twice by accident?&amp;nbsp; or PM overcharged via Autopay?&amp;nbsp; How much was that?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And you are not on the $10 plan, right?&amp;nbsp; $10 plan is now $13&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, check if the overcharged amount is sitting as Available Fund in My Account.&amp;nbsp; If so, you can leave it there for next renewal.&amp;nbsp; PM is prepaid and usually do not provide refund unless it is a system problem.&amp;nbsp; And a refund could take 2 weeks.&amp;nbsp; So, it is easier to just leave the fund there if you see it in Available Fund&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you still want PM Support to look into it, you can open ticket with them :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1.
