Hi, Payment due on 07/01. Tried to make a payment today (06/29). Says you have enough funds ($3). Not able to add money. I do recharging from my laptop. Planning a trip, away from home & not carrying laptop. How to recharge, please? Thanks.

@Venu how much you need to pay now? do you see $3 showing up as Available Fund?

I believe you used Amount Due option to pay. Do not use that, use the option "Other (Enter the desired payment amount)" instead. Amount due always give troubls

Do it by dailing *611 from your phone.

You'll have to know your PIN number though.

Adding any amount of money to your account is not restricted. You can have $500 there is you want. Pick Other amount and your card will be charged right away.

Maybe you have issue with desktop browser; you can try another one. PM will be very happy to take your money in advance.
