      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/241296"&gt;@vkhalil&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Autopay could fail sometimes.&amp;nbsp; It could be an issue with the credit card, but more likely it is with PM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First, Login to My Account and check if you see Account status Suspended.&amp;nbsp; If confirm status is&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Suspended, make a manual payment at Payment page, One time payment&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Use the option "&lt;STRONG&gt;Other (Enter the desired payment amount)&lt;/STRONG&gt;" and manually enter the plan amount (do not use Amount due as it will give you error)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/payment/Make-a-Payment/" style="width: 469px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/63416iC6BAC9D2B0493682/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="E-MyAcc-Payment.jpg" alt="https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/payment/Make-a-Payment/" /&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-caption" onclick="event.preventDefault();"&gt;https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/payment/Make-a-Payment/&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once paid, click Reactivate current plan if the button is there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then logoff My Account and reboot the phone and it should be good&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sometimes autopay fails. You'll need to do a manual payment to have a enough balance to pay for your plan. Press the reactivate button in that upper suspension notice and then make the payment. Use other amount, not amount due.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/241296"&gt;@vkhalil&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; You're unable to use the phone or are just seeing a message in your account that service is suspended/expired?&amp;nbsp; If your phone is working then ignore any message you see as it's normal to see that kind of message on renewal morning.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
