      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like you're in progress. Did you leave the Public sim in and confirm the text? Support should really be from the Telus side (even though Public belongs to Telus).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you really have to contact agent:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if you are in a process of transferring number to PM, just be a little bit patient.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
