Hello,

My payment date is mid of month. If I change my plan today, is it effective from today OR from July Mid (on my payment date)?

I need more data and calls.

@Zhangchao , if you make a plan change and have it take effect immediately, the change will be instantaneous. The renewal date will reset based on the new cycle starting today. Note that doing so will forfeit the current plan cycle. Off schedule renewals do not get rewards.

Yes. A new 30 day term starts. Have enough or deposit enough to cover the new plan and then change to it. Be aware that there is no pro-rating here so you won't get anything back for the previous term. And nor do any features carry over. It's all new.

Do not do change plan NOW. Do schedule plan change on next renewal.
