      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am on auto pay and my account says I was suspended. &amp;nbsp;What is going on here. &amp;nbsp;Some internal screw up?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/119806"&gt;@Norby&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Autopay could fail.&amp;nbsp; It could either be an issue with the credit card, but more likely a problem with PM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Login to My Account first, check if you see Account status Suspended or Plan Expired&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it still shows Plan Expired, I suggest you to wait till it change to Suspended before action on the follwoing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it shows Suspended, make a manual payment at Payment page, One time payment&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Use the option "&lt;STRONG&gt;Other (Enter the desired payment amount)&lt;/STRONG&gt;" and manually enter the plan amount (do not use Amount due as it will give you error)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/payment/Make-a-Payment/" style="width: 469px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/63416iC6BAC9D2B0493682/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="E-MyAcc-Payment.jpg" alt="https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/payment/Make-a-Payment/" /&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-caption" onclick="event.preventDefault();"&gt;https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/payment/Make-a-Payment/&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once paid, click Reactivate current plan if the button is there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then logoff My Account and reboot the phone and it should be good&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
