I recently purchased a data add on it says I have 15 dollars balance but no data amount was added that I can use. What can I do to use the amount I bought…?

@lidya Because you just loaded the fund and not buy the add on yet

Buying addon is a 2 steps process

1. Load fund

2. actual buying

you did step 1 but not step 2 yet. Go back and buy now. PM will use the money from Available Fund to complete the transaction. So, no worry, just go ahead and buy. Once bought, reboot your phone once for the new addon to activate

@lidya hello buying a add on is a 2 step process first you add funds(you did that) now go back and purchase the add on

@lidya yes, it is a confusing procedure. it should be a one step process instead 🙂

@lidya Yes it does,at least if you don’t use it all it will still be there if you run out of your regular data Next cycle
