      <description>&lt;P&gt;On the account login language can be changed by button in upper right corner, on Community board click View Our Communty in English on the right side in the middle.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Incoming email I don't know for sure how&amp;nbsp;language&amp;nbsp;is managed but once the two above are set it seems to reset email.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Also as above for temporarily changing it in the self-serve (FR in upper right).
