      <title>Apps Not Working or Updating</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Most of my apps including google play store are not working. It says I'm offline even though the wifi is connected. How do I fix this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/240833"&gt;@Billy2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;does it work when you are on Wifi?&amp;nbsp; Check that first&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if it does not work on Wifi as well, it will be a device issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if it works on Wifi, then make sure your Mobile data is enabled.&amp;nbsp; And make sure you didn't set a data limit&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, some people set&amp;nbsp; mobile data restriction on app like Google Play store&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was digging around and did find that one could actually log out of the Play store (well, I found a sign out button). Maybe if one does that it disables other apps. But I really don't know. I didn't try it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It doesn't sound like you using data, right?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are not able to connect to apps using wifi, try:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;restarting your phone&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;are there settings where you can clear cache of apps, do that if so&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;uninstall one of the apps, then reinstall it. Does it work then?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>
