Apps Not Working or Updating

Most of my apps including google play store are not working. It says I'm offline even though the wifi is connected. How do I fix this?

Hi @Billy2 does it work when you are on Wifi? Check that first

if it does not work on Wifi as well, it will be a device issue

if it works on Wifi, then make sure your Mobile data is enabled. And make sure you didn't set a data limit

Also, some people set mobile data restriction on app like Google Play store

Most apps say offline except for a few.

I'm not sure how but I wonder if the device got somehow logged out of Google?

Can't have been logged out of google cause google pictures is still working.

I was digging around and did find that one could actually log out of the Play store (well, I found a sign out button). Maybe if one does that it disables other apps. But I really don't know. I didn't try it.

@Billy2 do you have iPhone or Android?

You checked My Account and confirmed that you still have data ? is there a line about data on the Overview page, My Data & Add-ons Section?

@Billy2 so you are connected to wifi. It doesn't sound like you using data, right?

If you are not able to connect to apps using wifi, try:

restarting your phone
are there settings where you can clear cache of apps, do that if so
uninstall one of the apps, then reinstall it. Does it work then?
