      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;I just purchased a new plan, deposited the money and nothing happened. So I tried the payment again, this time it went through with a double payment !!! Any chance of getting the second payment refunded to my bank account ?&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Refunds take a long time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;edit...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you're determined to get a refund, use this link to start process of CSA assistance.
