I need assistance to get the funds loaded to my account, the store is refusing to refund me. I tried calling and you guys don’t even have any live representatives to speak with.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

There is no phone number with public mobile customer support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you tried both on self serve and through 611, and perhaps a different set of 12 digits, that may also be the number to use to redeem the funds, and still having issues after retrying in a few hours or tomorrow, then contact CSA for assistance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Public Mobile Representatives customer support agents (CSA) can be contacted by either two methods, found here:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
