    <description>&lt;P&gt;Paying first would have restarted your current plan. Changing plan afterwards and choosing now would have taken more money. It's not two plans. You changed to the different one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As above to fix the mistake.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;how do i recover an overpayment.&amp;nbsp; my payment was overdue so i put $100 on account and then went to change plans.&amp;nbsp; After changing plans I noticed they took both plan payments off of credit card and PM current balance.&amp;nbsp; How can one account owner have 2 ongoing plans?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
