You can do this in self service. You have the option to change plans immediately or change on the next renewal date. If you choose immediately you will not get any credit for the time remaining on your current plan.

You can do it yourself in the self-serve. Be sure to select at next renewal as there's no pro-rating here.

PM is an online service and you have control of your account.

Since PM is a prepaid service, you have paid for 30 days of service so there will not be a refund for unused days.

If your renewal plan is long time away, meanwhile you can purchase additional data.
