      <description>&lt;P&gt;Wow. That's a long time. When you go into your rewards page do you see a dollar amount for referrals? When you expand the referral item, do you see their phone number there? Do they remember getting $10 when they signed up? When you look at your payment history do you not see a line mentioning referral?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you check and you haven't received it, you can get the person who was referred by you to contact a CSA to get that resolved, but since it's been so long they may not be able to go back and retroactively add the rewards, but maybe you can start collecting them going forward&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
