Deceptive sales by a representative of another provider could be reason enough to appeal to pm customer support to consider your situation on a case by case basis and restore your account for the purpose of keeping you as a customer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However if they do agree to do this for you they cannot return you to the $$ rewards program. You would be a points program customer going forward. Contact customer support to see if they can help you. If you would like to discuss your situation privately for advice feel free to contact me via private message.
