If so, is your status Active or Suspended?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If Active, try restarting your phone to get services going.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If Suspended, have you tried a manual payment to the owing amount, then tried the resume/reactivate option?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or are you having difficulty logging into self serve?
