Hello!
I'm trying to submit a request to exchange a pre-owned phone that was purchased within the 30-day full refund or exchange period. The iPhone 8 plus' screen is extremely delayed and when typing the keys do not function or randomly give me incorrect letters.

I have tried filling out a "ticket" to make the exchange BUT when I choose "exchange" and then use the "yes" button to confirm the mailing address, the "exchange" button is no longer highlighted—concluding in not being able to complete or submit the form.

8 plus is a nice phone. But if you don't like...go for it....ask to send it back because is faulty. Have you tried to type on it with it in a horizontal position. The keyboard will be larger.

yes, I have tried that. Not only does the keyboard at time choose random characters instead of the ones I am tapping on, the screen is very delayed.
