      <title>Password not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have my passwords saved, and I keep them written down so forgetting isn’t what happened, it simply tells me the information is wrong, this has happened before and I had to change my password even though the information I was using was in fact correct. Now it’s happened again, except this time it’s still telling me my information is wrong after just changing it - I also changed it before getting locked out since it happened before. Though now after changing I was locked out yesterday at 11:30 am and I am STILL locked out going on 24 hours later now. So I can’t even reset again, despite the fact that I shouldn’t have to, not sure why the login isn’t working but this is ridiculous.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you try different browser? Incognito mode?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If nothing works you will have to contact agent to unlock your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/240405"&gt;@annoyed2022&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;you can wait an hour and try again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If fails, try to reset the password with the Forgot Password link there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If still unable to login, open ticket with PM CS Agent:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;at : &lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot" target="_blank"&gt;https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot&lt;/A&gt;.
