      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have auto pay set up so I’m wondering why I can’t make a call or text today. The message says I don’t have an active Account! .?? Which I do!!!! &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I also received a text message on Friday saying my payment was due, but then it said ignore the message because I’ve already paid.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Log in to your account and see if it says it is active.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When is your due date? You should get SMS from 611 at around noon if payment was (or not) successful.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The payment finally went through without me having to do anything, but my account is still suspended 20 minutes later.
