Hello, I have noticed that since last July my payment due date keeps changing every two months. Before it was 30 day of each month and now it slowly became June 21.... What's wrong? Why it changes by itself? I had setup auto pay, so it might not be have those kind of problems 🤯

Please help me to fix this issue. Thank you in advance!

Hi @Berry_16 this is normal, PM is on 30 days cycle, not monthly. So, the rewnewal day will move up one day after a 31 days month. So your next couple renewal dates are

July 21

Aug 20

Sept 19

Oct 19

Nov 18

Dec 18

@Berry_16

Public mobile plans are every 30 days not monthly like postpaid service. So the months of March, May, July, August, October, December and January will cause your renewal date to move back a day. February will push it forward 2 days except leap years when it moves forward only 1 day. These same months would require you to reset your data tracker to properly account for your calendar dates of your 30 day plan cycle.

PM's billing period is 30 days. Some months could be the same date or later (Feb.) but eventually everybody loses 5 days per year.
