Was that before Jun 16?&amp;nbsp; and did you click Change in the next billing date ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you can try to talk to CS Agent to see if anything they can do at this point.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;at :&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot&lt;/A&gt;. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;start by typing : Contact CS Agent&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;then Click "Contact Us"&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;then Click "Other"&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"&lt;BR /&gt;you will then direct to another page to open ticket.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;How do you summit a ticket.&amp;nbsp; My plan does not show it upgraded like it should have on the 16th.&amp;nbsp; How do I find out why?&amp;nbsp; The message on my plan says it will upgrade on July 16, 2022. Help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's not a problem ----&amp;gt; you most likely have check marked the "change at next renewal date" . Your upgraded plan will renew at the next renewal date (&lt;SPAN&gt;on July 16, 2022.).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You should receive SMS from 611 in either case - renewal/no renewal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It could be PM is late with processing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you have service? What your account says? Is it active?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
