USa roaming does not work - URGENT- Please help

Hello, I am on the $60 Canada-Usa plan and I am currently in the States and I do not have a connection.

No data, text or phone.

Roaming is turned on my phone but nothing works.

Please help!

Do you have the current $60 plan? The included US minutes in the plan is for used to call US when you are in Canada. It is not for use when you are in US

What you need instead when you are in US are those US roaming add-ons. There are different kind of roaming options depends on you need, but they are all in 10 days term

@Gabb @Hi are you on the old pre Covid Canada US plan or the current one being offered if it’s the new one that’s for calling to the US from Canada only you need a 10 day roaming addon

@Gabb you got the data roaming already?

if you got it, wait till you used them all, then buy a different one:

Data - US Roaming - 1 GB Data (10-day) - $20.00 (15 Reward points)

HOWEVER, if you plan to use a lot more than 250MB or 1GB, consider buying local data prepaid sim card, it is cheaper and give you more data.

you can try to make calls back to Canada using VoIP app like TextNow.

None of PM Plans work outside of Canada.

For US service US add-on is needed.

For additional US data here are add-ons.

U.S. Data Only for 10 day packages

250MB = $10

500MB = $15

1GB = $20
