      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/240101"&gt;@DayleM&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is still down at midnight so try activating your SIM after 6:00am EST.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It should be running then.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
