Can't activate SIM card. Keep getting website error message.

I got my SIM card in the mail, and I'm trying to activate it online. I got to the step where I'm putting in the info to port my old number, and I get an error message that says Oops this page is unavailable or down for maintenance. Chatbot says there's no scheduled maintenance.

As you have suspected the activation page is down. All you can do is wait until later to activate.

It is still down at midnight so try activating your SIM after 6:00am EST.

It should be running then.
