Can't find any mention of one on their site. Could be just a temporary local issue. <STRIKE>How long has it been not working</STRIKE> ?

added; can you try the sim in a different unlocked phone ?

Are there others around you with the same prob ?

Can you receive calls ?

How would I try resetting sim?

And yes I would need to try on another unlock phone

Is this a known issue that public is currently working on?

No issue in any notifications. PM (Telus) has reciprocal agreements with others to use there towers in the east.

To reset sim...power OFF the phone. Remove sim...wait a moments and reinstall sim in phone. Restart phone. See if that helps.
