    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you, I did not not know that. I have 2 phones now so I only used PM for back up, I just kept making payments to keep it alive in case of emergency. At the moment PM is the one I am currently using I did not know that you had to keep in touch to keep it activated. Thank you for letting me know&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The same thing happened to me. I have had the same account for almost 4 years. Then suddenly yesterday it kept saying username or password not correct. I have never changed my password, finally it said it does not reconise username/password, rest. So I reset it and used the same password. Works now. So weird, I wonder why that happened? Does anybody else think PM is going downhill&amp;gt; WTH. I had so many glitches yesterday I was going to leave&lt;/P&gt;</description>
