Extra charges when using the existing Public Mobile plan in other provinces?

I live in PEI. My plan is 5GB at 3G Speed, unlimited Canada-wide Talk and unlimited International Text. I will go to Halifax and Calgary this summer. I want to know whether extra charges will be incurred for the following:
(1) use internet (of course within 5GB) in other provinces
(2) make local calls in other provinces, like make a local call in Calgary
(3) make calls from another province to PEI, like make a call from Calgary to PEI
(4) send text messages

No extra charges. All services work while in Canada and connected to the network.

@LL_15 No to all. You have Canada wide calling so you can make/receive calls anywhere in the country, same for texts plus being able to send and receive texts globally while in Canada. Data is available until used up, again can be used anywhere in Canada.

PM is prepaid, so no overages.

@LL_15 you are good to go anywhere in Canada this is a pre paid service there are no hidden fees enjoy your trip

As long as your Plan is Canada-wide any place in Canada is your 'home' location and everything is free.
