I bought Add ons for my trip to Iceland and nothing is working. I bought data and calling minutes. How do I make it work? If I can’t make it work, I want a refund. I was expecting a call while I am away and I really don’t want to miss it.

Pm does not offer roaming in Iceland . The only roaming package available is to the USA.

@byriniadean You probably just buy International minutes and/or data addon, but they are to be used in Canada only

To use the service elsewhere, you will need Roaming add-on. But PM does NOT have roaming add-on for Iceland. They only have Roaming for USA

Iceland? Where did you see PM supports Iceland? Only US has service through US add-ons for 10 days only.

ANY international add-on is for calling FROM Canada!

A local prepaid sim option would be more reliable and cost effective. You can fella CSA and they should be able to put the purchase back into your available funds for the next renewal
