    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm going to be out of the country for 4 months.&amp;nbsp;Obviously, I don't want a phone plan in canada during this time. Unfortunately, if I cancel my payment now it seems that my account gets deleted and my simcard becomes useless. Is there any way to suspend my account for the time that I'm away and then resume when I get back?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/23998"&gt;@noahf&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;account does not deactivate until 90 days after failed payment&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So you might be fine, when is your next payment due?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Take the payment due date + 88 days&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then renew on 89th day&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(Even if out of country for a week or 2 longer when you come back account wlll be active)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The only thing you could do is remove your credit card from autopay so it won't charge you for the next renewal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
