      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/239820"&gt;@Lori11&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; If it's your payment renewal date, then that's normal but abnormal messaging you'll see each renewal date, however, as long as your phone service is working fine, then you can safely ignore it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you don't have service, then if you see the Reactivate option top right of overview page, click that a couple of times to push any payment through and reboot phone.&amp;nbsp; Another option is to top up the account with one dollar (payment tab) and reboot the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;edit:&amp;nbsp; &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/239820"&gt;@Lori11&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; you do have autopay enabled with a payment card?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It says expired the day before renewal but will renew and you will be good to go. The only time your account won't be active is if you don't make payment or there is something like an autopay error.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
